In our time it is hard for you to eat vegetables without medicine so we must plant vegetables in our home.

Everyone needs sleep, but its biological purpose remains a mystery. When stress starts interfering with your ability to live a normal life for an extended period, it becomes even more dangerous. Stress can hurt our lives, damaging the bones, so do not make stress yourself face only one problem a day. If we have a problem do not think about it. For me, I’ll just keep Praying to our Almighty God, keep in touch to Him unlimited. Share your problem with your friend and talk to them. Avoid stress to make good health.
Exercise strengthens your heart and improves your circulation. The increased blood flow raises the oxygen levels in your body. This helps lower your risk of heart diseases such as high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, and heart attack. In our daily activities such as playing basketball, volleyball and work from home are good also for exercise. Proper exercise can bring happiness to our lives. Physically fit people are stronger, healthier and more energetic than sedentary people. They are able to solve problems more readily, deal with stress more effectively, think faster and remember things more efficiently.
