Wellness transformation 270 pounds, Tayo knew he needed to change his eating habits but he had tried to lose weight in the past, and admits that he’d always give up after just a couple of weeks.

He joined TITLE Boxing Club in late September of 2020 and instantly fell in love with the empowering, boxing-inspired workouts. 

I purposely signed up for a year-long-commitment TITLE Card to force myself to commit to losing weight,” he says.

Keeping consistent with his workouts and visiting the club five times per week for many months without fail. Known for both their boxing and kickboxing classes.

“Nothing compares,” he says. “It is a true, full-body workout that teaches you invaluable skills and can also function as a great stress reliever.”

Wellness transformation of Tayo would also spend time playing basketball outdoors on his own and do some weightlifting at the gym. Sometimes he’d work out three separate times in one day!

Working out from the beginning of his weight loss journey, he initially didn’t alter his diet much at all. He notes that he did begin to lose a little weight within the few weeks of his new regimen, He needed to bring attention to his nutrition to maximize his progress. Instead, he turned his focus toward protein, vegetables, and staying hydrated with just water.

Tayo says it took three months into his journey before he was able to see a physical difference when he looked at himself in the mirror. He knew that he was dropping pounds before that, but that was the first time he could actually see his goal coming to light.

Wellness transformation of Tayo took another seven months after that point to get to his current weight of 205 pounds. Though the formula seems simple—good nutrition and more physical activity

“This left me feeling discouraged and fearing that I would never reach my goal.”
